- Subtractive color - mixing colors to get darker colors
- Additive color - mixing colors to get lighter colors

- Different colors can be soothing, while others can be aggravating. By using the different properties of color, you can cause the person to feel a certain way.
- How does one color affect another?
- Different colors come together to create color harmony. For example, complementary colors, split complementary colors, analogous colors, triad colors, triadic colors, and quadrilateral colors work well together.
